Kameisha Jerae Hodge believes that every Black woman has a story to tell and that it should be done as professionally, intentionally, and unapologetically as possible. As an independent publisher, and the CEO and Founder of Sovereign Noir Publications, Kameisha has published over 25 books for Black authors across the United States. She has also been a TEDx speaker, launched the Annual Black Women Writers Virtual Summit, and has partnered with Friendship Schools to provide the Yolonda D. Coleman Writing Award. Kameisha holds an MA in English and has a Book Publishing certification.
